Begin the process of protecting everything for years to come.

BEFORE YOU START

Book a Preliminary Assessment

Our free 15-minute preliminary assessment allows you to ask questions, receive a verbal project cost estimate, ask for advice, and decide if Monocurate is right for your project. Our preliminary assessments are available in-person, via zoom, or by phone.

STEP ONE

Evaluation

Before we formally begin, we require an evaluation (or survey) of your collection for a small fee so that we can provide you with an accurate estimate and overview of personalized services applicable to your project. This lays the groundwork for every aspect of your project, so there are no surprises later.

After we evaluate your collection, we will provide you with a detailed written proposal and cost estimate for you to approve. If approved, 50% of the evaluation fee is applied as a credit on your final invoice.

STEP TWO

Official Intake

Once we receive your proposal approval, we will start with a service agreement and statement of work, so you know exactly what services you will receive. This can be signed in person or digitally. Once all the paperwork is completed, we will take a deposit and start on your project!

STEP THREE

We Get To Work

Every aspect of our project workflow is tailored to your priorities to ensure your collection needs are met. You will receive updates and communication from us throughout the project to keep the process collaborative and transparent.

STEP FOUR

Project Completion

Monocurate will contact you with a final update once we are close to wrapping up your project. You will be provided a link to schedule an appointment for pick-up at our secured offices, booked at your convenience.

We will meet with you during the collection pick-up appointment to walk you through your collection deliverables and answer any final questions you may have. We even provide you with handouts to take home that advise how to best care for and store your collection safely.
